TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
The service consists of an experiential guided tour led by a licensed tour guide, "Ambra Tour Leader" (hereinafter "the Guide"), at the locations, dates, and times agreed upon in the booking confirmation.

2. BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION

The booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the confirmation email and/or payment of the balance.
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided in the confirmation (date, time, meeting place, number of participants).

3. RATES AND PAYMENT

Rates are per person, as agreed.
Payment: Balance due upon booking.
The rate does not include entrance tickets to museums/sites, headphones, transportation, or meals, unless otherwise specified.
4. CUSTOMER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance: No penalty (full refund).
No-shows or delays of more than 20 minutes: 100% penalty of the total amount.
5. CANCELLATION BY THE GUIDE
In the event of force majeure (illness, extreme weather conditions, unexpected site closures), the Guide will propose an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid, without further compensation.

6. TOUR CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY

Delays: The guide will wait a maximum of 20 minutes. After this time, the tour will be considered canceled with no right to a refund.
Meeting Point: The client must arrive at the agreed-upon location on time.
Behavior: Participants must respect the rules of the sites visited and safety regulations. The Guide is not responsible for reckless behavior by participants.
7. INSURANCE AND SAFETY

The Guide is covered by professional liability insurance.
Accident or travel cancellation insurance is not included for participants (we recommend that the customer take out this insurance).
10. COMPETENT COURT
Any dispute will be resolved by the competent court.
